How can I edit my account details?

- Click on My information.

- Make your changes and hit the Save button.

Here’s how you can get your new password:

- Go to the Ardent Technology (PTE) Limited login screen.

- Click on the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

- You will get an email from us in your registered email account.

Why doesn’t Ardent Technology (PTE) Limited deliver to my location?

This may happen in certain places. Certain pin-codes might not yet be serviceable by our courier partners and that’s why we don’t deliver to your location at the moment. We are increasing our reach and partnering with reliable courier companies so that we will be able to get to you.

You must contact us immediately to solve the matter. There are a lot of cases that might occur. It could happen that the mentioned postal address was wrongly written by you, or even if you didn’t it could have got lost somewhere. Whatever be the case it will be assisted with utmost care with either resending the item or a refund.
